I have three separate e-mail accounts under Adelphia.  Adelphia has multiple
problems now and e-mails don't go to AOL recipients.  So, I have had to start
using Outlook for e-mails.  But, now the e-mails from all three e-mail
addresses are coming in under the main Outlook screen.  How do I separate the
e-mail accounts in Outlook so that they remain private?

If by private you mean user A only sees Account A mail, then seperate
Profiles and set OL to prompt for Profile on startup
Of course you might also need to password protect each, depending how far
you wish to go.
