Received Time is 1 hour less than sent time

I sent myself a message - several for that matter... The
time I receive them is 1 hour less than the time I sent
them (As listed in the fields "Sent" "Received"

I am connected throgh cable modem - I used another email
account from a different machine on the same network - and
it shows up in my inbox as being received a full hour prior
to it being sent...

There is probably an easy explanation - you can reply
directly to me at bravejoe at earthlink dot net.

Mmm, well I guess if you happen to be in the UK it's most
likely to be due to the end of British Summer Time and the
return to GMT due to Daylight Saving.
