Hi have been running Office 2003 no problems.  Installed a utility programme
this evening and immediately cannot access Outlook and Office components.
Keeps trying to install some component - not names, but then comes up and
says cannot install component and crashes out.

Have tried repair and reinstall but comes up with an undefined error

Need to uninstall and clean up.  However need to try and salvage my
emails, address books etc.  Is this still help in .pst file and if so where?

Thanks

Alex

I'd remove the utility program. Your data remains either in an Exchange mailbox or a .pst file.
