I just upgraded from win98se to win2000. When I replied to
emails I got an error that a msfax.dll was missing. I
tried "Detect & Repair" from Help as suggested, and now
when I try to open outlook I get the following error:

"The ordinal 939 could not be located in the dynamic link
library MS09.DLL"

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Outlook and it did
not help. Any ideas would be appreciated!

Sorry. I discovered that Outlook was not installed at all.
I uninstalled Office, reinstalled and everything is ok now.
