I just successfully installed Office 2003 Small Business
Edition.  Next, I wanted to install the "Business Contact
Manager for Outlook 2003" but it froze during the
installation.  Now, I cannot re-install (or install
anything else) because my "Windows Installer" is busy,
even after re-booting.  Help!  How can I simply install
this 2nd CD that came with Office 2003 and will complete
my installation & upgrade?  Thanks, Barb

Business Contact Manager is new enough that we don't have a lot of solid troubleshooting information yet. If you get errors during setup, if BCM does not load even after you edit the LoadBehavior registry value, or if the database does not load, you should initiate a support incident with Microsoft at http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=fh;en-us;incidentsubmit. You will need a .Net Passport, but there should be no charge for filing the request for help.
