The junk mail filtering is NOT filtering anything. This started after I
updated Office to the lastest SP (SP2). Now everything goes into the inbox.
I have checked to make sure that filtering is on, changed it from low to
high, and tested by blocking specific names but they still get through, along
with a bunch of junk that had been filtered fairly well before.
This is on a Windows 2003 server running Terminal Services, but I don't
think (hopefully) that has anything to do with it.

I should clarify that this is Office 2003.
I also noticed that there are some other previous posts related to this same
problem, but no solution other than going to add/remove programs and removing
the latest junk mail filtering update. Since I don't see that in my
add/remove programs, it seems the only workaround in my case would be a
reinstallation of Office.

I had already tried this and it did not work--I could not follow the steps
because the entry it said to remove was not there.
Strangely, when I temporarily elevated a test user that had the problem to
"domain admin" status so I could install the program, the problem went away!
As soon as I demoted them back to a regular user, the filter was off again.
So it seems to somehow be connected to user permissions.
Still searching...
