I can set up an additional account ok; but Outlook cannot show the contents
of the 2nd mailbox. I am sure that this is because the 2nd account has a
different password (which I cannot change). There doesn't seem to be a way to
authenticate twice; once for each mail account. Any help would be much
appreciated.

Passwords shouldn't make any difference. What matters is what kind of permissions the user has on the second mailbox. Have you checked them in ADU&C, both the client permissions and the Security tab?

I certainly do appreciate your reply. However, I do not understand it. What
is "ADU&C"? Is it an app?
