Have user who's Outlook 2003 application crashes when he trys to create a
calendar event as well as when he receives a meeting invitation. He has all
the appropriate service packs and updates for his Office 2003.  Have also
tried a detect and repair on Outlook.  But problem still perists.

He was previously using Office XP (which was working fine) and just recently
upgraded Outlook to 2003.  I have had him upgrade entire office to 2003 but
problem still happens.

The only next step I can think of is to have him completly uninstall Office
and then reinstall from scratch.  But an looking for a time consuming remedy
to this problem before I instruct him to do this.

We have Exchange 2003 server and Blackberry Enterprise server environment.

I appreciate any assistance with the issue.

Try to solve the problem by deleting the file "FRMCACHE.DAT" that you
find in

C:\Documents and Settings\%Username%\Local Settings\Application
Datas\Microsoft\FORMS

If this does not help create a new profile.
