How can I create a rule in Outlook 03 to Bcc to a Distribution lis

I need to create a rule for certain incoming email messages that will forward
Bcc to an existing Distribution List. Looking for a way to do this in
Outlook 03 or I'm open to other software that will allow me to do this.

Any help, advice, guideance will be appreciated,

The sample code at http://www.outlookcode.com/d/code/autobcc.htm shows how to add a Bcc recipient using the Application.ItemSend event in Outlook VBA.
