why doesn't my outlook open anymore? not even if i reinstall!

outlook 2003 - suddenly couldn't open the file anymore. it says that the
server is not available. I have reinstalled it a few times but nothing. the
other users on the pc have access to it on their account but it will not open
on my account. i have lost all my emails and contacts and can't find a way to
retrieve them. I have tried contacting microsoft but this is an impossible
task!!
Help??

Hi,

The first thing you should try is to create a new Outlook profile. Please follow the steps outlined in the following Knowledge Base (KB) article to create a new Outlook profile.
