Basically, I accidentally deleted my .pst files and now that they are
recovered and I try to open themn in Outlook I get an error stating that the
.pst file is not a valid personal folder file.
I have tried running the Inbox repair tool on it but same error appears.
Can my folders be saved?

Either the method you used to "recover" them corrupted them beyond repair or
the method you used to back them up in the first place corrupted them beyond
repair.  However, you describe neither method, so there's no way to tell
where the problem lies.  Usually when you see the message you're seeing, the
PSTs are toast, unless one of the commercial PST repair services can help.
