Transfer Outlook Files to New Computer

I've installed Outlook from the disk onto my new computer, but I'd like to
transfer the files as well. How can I transfer all my e-mails, e-mail
folders, sent items and archived items to my new computer's Outlook?

for backup and moveing your PST etc. have a look on this sites:
