Hi ALL,

I am trying to configure RPC over HTTP.  one of the option is to enable
mutual authencticate the session when connecting with ssl.   what does it

Do you really need it... no.

I think
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/library/en-us/rpc/rpc/princip
al_names.asp

might help, but I warn you it is meant for the ubergeek.  (The first
paragraph is about as far as i would read or use in explaining that mutual
auth is needed for kerberos authentication.)
