In Deleted Items Properties, I have selected: Archive this folder using these
settings / Move old items to Default Archive Folder.  Now I can't seem to
find them anywhere.  Is there a way I can retrieve and view these?

Look under Tools | OPtions | Other Options | AutoArchive to find the location of your default archive .pst file.
