I have Outlook set up to automatically SEND/RECEIVE email every minute.  It
has been working fine until recently.  It still automatically sends and
receives email however every minute a dialog box pops up every minute that
asks for User Name and Password (which is already filled in) that forces me
to click OK or cancel.  This box has no effect on my email arriving in
Outlook.  In otherwords I can click cancel and my email will still arrive.
Obviously it is a nuisance.  Any help?

One minute is an awfully short interval for your e-mail server to handle.
Try increasing the interval to at least 10 minutes and see if that makes a
difference.
