Hi,

How do you specify which certificate is used when negotiating/authenticating
a TLS connection for SMTP mail sending?

Our mail server says no certificate is being presented by the Outlook 2003
client.

TIA.

Outlook shouldn't be presenting the certificate to the server.  It is the
other way around where the server presents its certificate to the client.
