During the configuration, i am getting an error message "The connection to
the Microsoft Server Exchange is unavailable.  Outlook must be online or
connected to complete this action."  I am connected to msn.  Not sure what to
do

Go to Control Panel->Mail Icon->Accounts.  Remove the Exchange server from
your account.  You may have to delete the profile and start over.  When you
set up your profile again, use a POP3 account, not Exchange.
