import and export don't appear in my file drop down menu

i have re-installed office 2003 and restarted my computer --- but hese
options just don't appear in my file drop down menu --- HELP --- need to
import email addresses for email blast!

Try customizing the Toolbar and drag the command onto the File Menu, to do
this go to Views || Toolbars || Customize || select the Commands Tab ||
highlight File on the Left and on the Right Scroll to Import and Export...

|| highlight and drag to the File Menu and drop in place.
