Some messages come in to my inbox as plain text and they were sent as HTML. I'm being told that it's on my end and it seems to be as I can see the email in HTML on Outlook Web Access. What could be the issue? * I have the same problem. 'Read all messages in plain text' is unchecked, yet still it displays in plain text. -- johnnyo I'd appreciate help with this also. No matter how I change the settings, messages are all text only. Outlook Web Access shows that the message are viewable as html. The only thing that I can think of that may be causing the problem is that I install CA AntiSpam and then removed it.
