Hello, i want to know if it is possible to allow outlook to be minimized to
the system tray when i click the minimize/exit button instead of closing out
the program. Please not that i do not want to minimize outlook to the
taskbar, but rather the system tray. Thank You

Open Outlook so the icon appears in the notification area, then right click
on the icon and uncheck Hide when minimized--if checked. You cannot exit
Outlook if you want the icon to show & minimize puts it in the task bar. OL
icon doesn't show unless it's running. An alternative is to activate Quick
Launch bar for quick access to OLwhen OL is closed.
