Can't show contacts in the Address Dialog box

I am trying to show our contacts in the Address Dialog
box, and when I go to the properties on the......
Contacts/Outlook Address Book tab/Show the folder as an
Email address book (this is grayed out and I can't figure
out why)

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Add the Outlook Address Book service to the profile. Details depend on your Outlook version.
