trying to create profiles in outlook 2000. Should be an easy task and I have
done it many times before. However, when i use the Mail icon in Control panel
I get a window that only has a "mail" tab (to add additional mail accounts)
and nothing else.  Have been searching but can't find any answers in
knowledge base.  All articles refer to using the mail icon and it should
present the normal window to add profiles and prompt for profile, etc.  Any
ideas?

I finally found the answer after further digging.  It is in Tools | options
|Mail Support | Reconfigure mail support.  It was set to Internet Only.
Changed this and all is good.
