C:\program files\logitec\setpoint\KEMMAPI.DLL could not be instal.

While I start outlook, the message appears:
C:\program files\logitec\setpoint\KEMMAPI.DLL could not be installed or loaded

I tried detect & repair, it did not work

Start Outlook with the /safe command line switch and examine the add-ins in
Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM Add-Ins and Add-In Manager.
Disable that add-in.
