need to create my outlook account

I purchased outlook for my computer and i would like to use it as my account.
However I can't send or receive any messages. I do not know if I have to
create my own e-mail address or I have to use my current e-mail address.
My hi-speed ninternet will be activated in two days. However i do have
internet access.
Please help me.

Do you have a mail account with your current or new ISP? Which broadband
provider will you be using? Maybe I can point you that provider's help page
for mail account creation & use?
