I need to know how to transfer all my data in Outlook 2000 to another
computer which has outlook 2003. I tried the .pst file thing but when I go to
2003 it says that file is not a personal folders file. I know it's something
to do with the Unicode but I am unable to figure it out.
Please help me :-)

How are you moving the data, across a network using a CD etc

I can do it either way but across the network would be easier for me.

Outlook 2003 is able to open a pst from an earlier version without issue
(the other way wont work), so with Outlook closed on the source pc copy the
pst to the target pc and then use the File Open Data file command and browse
to the pst that you have just copied. Dont attempt to open the pst across
the network because there is the potential for data corruption/loss. Let us
know how you get on.

Then you copied incorrectly and damaged the PST.  Outlook 2003 can open and
use Outlook 2000 PSTs with no problem if you copy them correctly.  This
means, among other things, that Outlook must be closed when you make the
copy.  Never export to or import from a PST.  There;s no need.

That isn't a factor at all.  See this:
