If I set up a rule that auto replys to people will it auto reply more then
once if multiple users have access the mailbox I create the rule on?  For
example, we have a website feedback box.  I want to create a rule that will
auto respond to people who send messages to it.  I know the rule works when
the mailbox is open not when it is closed.  Now if more then one user has
access to that mailbox will it send the auto reply more then once if it is
opened by more then one user in a giving day? Or does is auto reply once and
thats it?  Any suggestions?

As far as I know it will auto reply once to a unique email address and only
once while in that session, closing and restarting outlook resets the list
of emails replied to.

So if the Outlook client is closed for a few days (lets say a weekend) and a
user comes in on Monday and opens it.  The rule will kick in and auto reply
to all messages that were sitting in there over the weekend??  Is this right?
