2 emails in one profile, how to select witch to use

i have 2 emails in one profile
test@eastlink.ca (default)
test@ns.sympatico.ca

when i send a email can i select witch one i want to use

What version of Outlook are you using? In OL2003 there's an accounts drop
down in a mail message where you can choose

i have 2000

i think i got it there is a from box in the emails now
