Please help, we have been trying to figure this out forever.
We are using outlook 2002 and I am mainly trying to retrieve AOL mail.
Message received is :
"Unable to display folder. This is the root of an IMAP store."

There are no messages kept in the root of an IMAP store.  You must select
the Inbox folder in order to see messages.  IMAP also cannot support
calendars.  IMAP is mail only.

This is basically the message I get when I try to open calendar.
I also get this message when I try to reply to my emails:
"Could not the item. Please try again later."

Can you see the contents of any folder in your IMAP store?
