Hi all,
After I installed Office 2003 Beta on my new computer, I wanted to move the pst file and open it on the new computer. Outlook refused to open it, leaving this errormessage: "The file outlook.pst is not compatible with this with this version of the Personal Folders information service. Contact your administrator."

I have tried to export all the data and I tried to archive them, but when I try to open the file on the new computer, the same message shows.

As I recall I can't remember installing it any different then the last time and I have the same OS and Office version. Please advice!!!

Best regards,
Stefan

Did you apply the the Technical Refresh? Make sure that both version of
Outlook are at the same patchlevel.

For more info on being compatible with any version of Outlook;
