I just installed Office Professional 2003 on my home computer.  When I try to
start Outlook, all I get is a message saying "Cannot start Microsoft Office
Outlook.  Unable to open the Outlook window.  The set of folders could not be
opened."  I just want to import my email account and contact information from
Outlook Express into Outlook, but since I can't even get Outlook started that
is impossible.
