I used to be able to receive my e-mails the moment I start Outlook. Now, once
I have opened Outlook, I have to click Send and Receive before I can receive
any e-mails. I have not altered any of the configuration. I have checked
outlook as my default e-mail software.

Can you help.

Thanks.

You have to set a send/receive interval in order to have Outlook perform a
send/receive when you start it.  Exactly how is version specific and you
decided to keep that information a secret.
