I am using outlook for emails.  When I recieve an email with a picture
attached I can not open the picture without first saving it to my pictures.  
I just want to view the picture quickly.  I'm sure it is a setting that needs
to be changed.  I have changed the security setting and unchecked the box
that says don't download pictures but I still can't open.  The error I am
getting is Application not Found!  Any suggestions?
