Is there any way to import address books from Win XP/OE into new install of Outlook 2003?

Post your question in the body of the message next time.

In Outlook, click File>Import and Export>Import Internet Mail and
Addresses>Next.  Select Outlook Express, uncheck Import Mail and Import
Rules, click Next, select the duplicate handling you want and click Finish.
