If you right-click in the toolbar area, do you not see the various toolbars
that can be enabled?

Brian,
No, There is no toolbar area at the top of the messages any more. It simply
disappeared. There is only a band with the title, example: Re: RE: Hardware
and Software for Webcast.
Before at the top of each message was a simplified toolbar -- not as
complete as in the main outlook screen. But it alllowd you to take variou
Actions: reply, reply to all, resend the message, etc. Now that has simply
vanished.
Thanks for help on this. I spent hours searching within Outlook's help
before resorting you gurus! There is nothing there about the toolbars on the
messages themselves that I can find.
