I tried to scan a photo into outlook and send it to some one.  I ended up
with an email that is 96mb in size and is stuck in the outbox.  I can't
delete or get rid of it in any way.  It tells me the mapispooler is working
on it.  When outlook is open it hogs all my CPU resources.  How can I fix
this?  I tried repair to no avail.

In Outlook, click FIle and check Work Offline.  Stop and restart Outloook.
Delete the message from the Outbox.  Click File and uncheck Work Offline.
Stop and restart Outlook.
