How to Save old mail in Outlook

I have just signed on for high speed internet with a local cable company.  
Previously, I used Microsoft Outlook with my old dial up connection from
another provider.  How do I make the switch to have mail now come to the same
Microsoft Outlook inbox.  I have a lot of mail that I don't want to lose both
in the inbox and the sent file, etc.

There's nothing for you to change other than your mail account settings to
reflect those required by your new ISP.
