Hi,
I just installed Outlook 2003, upgrading from Outlook 2000/
Now the outlook icon on my desktop is windows logo instead of the Outlook icon.
I can right click on this icon and it gives me the propertities tabs to set-up Outlook.
How do I go about correcting this?

Just right click on the icon and then click on Properties. Then click on the Change Icon button and then browse to the outlook.exe file and it should then offer you one (or more) Outlook icons.

The outlook desktop icon is not the same as other icons on the dektop.
It is not a shortcut but a system folder with special properties.
When you right clik on it you go to the email settings.

Thanks

How do you set this feature? I've upgraded from XP and
lost the desktop icon of which you speak.
