Outlook repeatedly asks for password and user name on pop email

I've set up pop email accounts in Outlook before with out any problems on my
home computer. I've installed all the updates and every time Outlook tries
to connect to my pop email acccounts with yahoo and/or go daddy it repeatedly
asks for username and password. It can retrieve my msn.com mail just fine.
