Lost disk.-  place on the internet I can get  lost dll files?

I lost my disks when moving.  now Outlook is misbehaving.  can I get lost
files on the internet?  I'm not sure even that will work.  what is Microsofts
policy for lost disks?

This assumes retail cd's, if OEM contact origonal supplier

I didn't purchase the disks from manufacturer.  I purchased the computer
with the disks.
