Here is the error message:

"Can't create file: EXCELFILENAME.xls. Right click the folder you want to
create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check
your permissions for the folder."

Other people can open this file and when the user emailed the file to me I
was able to open it. I saved the file to my hard drive and emailed it back to
the user. The user can now open that file.

This is a daily email that just started occuring a few days ago. Email
program is Outlook 2000 from the Office 2000 Suite. No changes have been made
to the Exchange server or the Outlook or Office software. No programs or
updates have been installed since the problem started as well.

Any and all help would be greately appreciated.

Regards,
MarcusD

I was going to suggest that Outlook's secure temp folder is hosed, but as
soon as you resent the attachment to this person and they could open, I'm
not so sure.  However since I'm stubborn and this is the only thing that I
can think of in the wee hours of the morning, here ya go.
