My hard drive crashed on the weekend. Replaced the hard drive and was able to
mirror the drive to the new one. Outlook 2000 was not working so i ran the
install disc as repair. All my contacts are there and i can access them
except when i try and add a address to a new email i get the following error

The messaging interface has returned an unkown error. If problem persists,
restart Outlook.

Restarting outlook has no effect on problem
