I ran Send/Receive and 1,300 emails were downloaded, but none of the
subfolders were I moved incoming email are in my new Outlook.  Can someone
tell me were they are and how to recover them forOutlook.

What do you mean by your "new Outlook"?  Please tell us step-by-step exactly
what you did...including what program/version you were using before and what
version of Outlook you're using now.

In Outlook Express messages could easily be moved from the Incoming folder to
subfolders created for a specific purpose. The procedure was very simple.
You clicked on the Message button and the list of subfolders appeared.  We
created an extensive list of subfolders.  I want to Import that list into
Outlook 2003, ver. 11.0.  What is the name and the location of the file used
by Outlook Express to store the subfolders for Incoming mail, and how can I
import it into Outlook.

You can't import OE's files into Outlook.  Instead, you should export from
within OE with File>Export>Messages.  This will create the folder structure
in Outlook that you currently have in OE.
