Hello:
I am using Outlook 2007.
In addition to my office mail which is actually an Exchange server, I have
several POP accounts for my personal mail such as Google.
To access the exchange server, I sign on my company's VPN.
Here's my problem:
Whenever I am NOT signed onto the VPN, any mail messages I try to send using
other POP accounts, go out fine.
But when I am signed onto VPN, these messages get stuck in my outbox even
though I have chosen other POP accounts to send them via.
Can somebody tell me why this is happening and how I can solve this issue?

This sounds like normal behavior for a VPN, to me. When connected to the
VPN, you're using your company's network and firewalls. I suspect that the
SMTP servers you're trying to reach are blocked when trying to access them
from inside the company's network.
