Setting up a new email account

I am trying to change an outlook account in Outlook 2003 from an ISP to a
qwest account (MSN).  I am receiving email but unable to send mail. I get a
message that says "connection to Microsoft Exchange Server is unabailable.

'Contol Panel|Mail|Show Profiles|Add', create a new profile and do NOT add
the Exchange Server service to it.  After you have the new profile setup and
tested, you can delete the old one.
