I installed Office 2003, and Outlook just won't load.  It open, and freezes
right away with a  "Configuring Welcome Note" box open, and then stops
responding.

I have already uninstalled and reinstalled TWICE and the same problems
occur.  All other Office is running fine.

The last time I had it loaded, I was able to at one point, get far enough to
tell it I wanted to use a POP3 server...and believe I finished the
registration...but then it crashed again.

Now I got nothing.
