I have two email accounts I access via outlook.  One POP3 andd one MAPI
(Default).  Any mail received from the POP3 account appear ans unsent rather
than received.  I can not reply to them or read the email of the sender.  I
have both accounts going to the same data file.

Any suggestions appreciated.

MAPI?  Are you sure you don't mean IMAP?

If, in fact, you are using an IMAP and a POP account, then what you describe
here is not possible without rules and even then there will be separate
folders for each account.  Please be more precise in describing your account
types.
