junk email folder

i am using Windows Vista Buisness and Small Buisness Office 2007 and i
cannot get the junk folder to
work correctly. ie it still recieves emails from my address book as junk.
i have even re-installed office to no effect. i asume there is a file i need
to delete before re-installing.
Can any one point me in the right direction?

You can't receive mail from an address book. You can receive mail only from
a sender address. Are you really saying that messages from addresses in
your Contacts folder(s) are being sent to the Junk E-mail folder? If so,
what are your Junk E-mail settings?
