resolve a conflict between Outlook 2003 and another program

Outlook 2003 when launched comes up with an error message saying there is a
conflict between it and another program -- and that it can resolve it.  But
when I say "OK", it says it cannot and that I would have to restart the
window, which I do.  But nothing happens.  The error message appears again
the next time I launch the Outlook 2003.  There is certainly a conflict but I
cannot remember what program I recently installed. That is, what program is
causing Outlook to generate the error message?  I am happy to delete or
reinstall the offending program.  But is it something to do with Outlook
itself?  Many thanks.

And what is the program it says has a conflict?
