Hi

I purchased a new computer running Windows Vista.  I installed my Microsoft
Office Product that included Outlook 2002 SP3.

The problem is that Outlook refuses to remember the Passwords for POP3 and
SMTP Servers.  And yes I'm the administrator on the system.

Pre OL 2003 is not fully compatible with Vista, this being one of the known
bugs, which will not be fixed by MS (2002 out of support)
There are I believe workarounds that have been posted

Know issue which won't be addressed since Outlook 2002 is no longer
supported.
