When I attempt to read forwarded messages Outlook tries to preview and returns the following: The file can not be previewed because of an error with the following previewer Microsoft Office Outlook Message and item previewer I removed the Google add in and there is no change. original Message are no problem. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium edition and Outlook 2007. Any suggestions Have you received any helps with this problem? I upgraded Google Desktop to Vista compatible version and attachments work normally. Removing the add-in does not fix the issue.
